| Shay Ben-Chorin |
President and Chief Executive Officer is the
founder of the company. He brings over 20 years of experience
managing a wide-range of hardware and software product development
in wireless, embedded systems, and semiconductors. Prior to Virtio,
Shay served as Director for system-level simulation technology for
National Semiconductor. Shay holds a BSCS and MBA from San Jose
State University.

| Guy Shaviv |
Vice President of Engineering, has over 15 years hands-on
experience in software development and in bringing software applications
to market successfully. His background includes positions for Interval
Research, NASA Ames Research Center, SORBA Inc. and the IAF. Guy received
his Ph.D. from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and has received
a distinguished award from the National Research Council.

| Kevin Smart |
Managing Director, Vice President of Platform Development, has
over 20 years experience
developing and managing world-class software products, from games software to
embedded and Windows/Java applications. His background includes positions at
ION Networks, Shiva and GEC Marconi. Kevin holds a First Class BSc (Hons) in
Computer Science and Microprocessor Systems from the University of
Strathclyde.

| Filip Thoen |
Chief Technical Officer, has over 10 years experience
in high-level synthesis, retargetable code generation, HW/SW co-design
and system-on-chip (SoC) design. Prior to joining Virtio, Filip worked
as research staff engineer and chief system architect at National
Semiconductor. Filip received his Ph.D. in electrical engineering from
the Catholic University of Leuven (Belgium) and worked as a researcher
in the IMEC research institute.
